One day I will become that fashion designer that I would give everything to become. With the knowledge I get from college, I will be able to make something of myself and not struggle to live with a job that has nothing to do with my passion and pays minimum wage. I will be happy because I didn’t let anything stop me. That will also be the day I will truly express to my little sister how great of an impact her existence has had on my life.

My sister(FC)
When my little sister, Kaylyn, and I were growing up she would always fault me for her mistakes. If she did something wrong she would always say “well Mecca did it too". As we got older, I didn't want this to be the case. I didn't want her making the same mistakes I did. I wanted to be someone she could look up to. Doing better in school and being a better person would be a good start. So I figured that it would be easier working on mefirst as a person and that took longer than I thought it would. By the ninth grade, I found out that I was actually good at drawing and that I would do what it takes to be the fashion designer I was born to be. Just as I was finally getting myself together, the worse happened. My parents were getting a divorce. They said it was a separation but I knew what that really meant and I was far from happy.

It's great that your sister has inspired you to be better. I'm confused though, aren't you the younger one in the pictures you embedded?
ReplyDeleteI really love how your sister inspired you to do better. You can draw so keep it up. I miss Kaylyn since I didn't see her in years. You are a good inspiration and older sister.
